Brief Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive in Manali (6,400 ft)

As thethought of going on this motorbike road strikes your mind, in a short span of themoment start packing up your bags and begin your journey. After you reach Manali, situated at anelevation of 6,400 ft, proceed to the hotel assigned to you. Get some rest for a day in yourcomfortable rooms and do some sightseeing the next day.

Day 02: Assimilation day at Manali

As you are done with the brunch atthe hotel, reserve this day to catch some sightseeing at Manali. This valley isfamous for, so many things be it art andcraft items from Mall road or the woolen shopping from the popular Manu Market,dry fruits from the old Manali or the Khara bazaar for the shawls. Manali hasgot abundant to offer besides the bestowed beauty. Take a look at the heartbeat of Manali viz Mall road and get filled withwonder about the artistry of the city. The valley Kullu is popular for its temples, hence the name Valley of Gods. The peaks often coveredwith snow are surrounded by the deodarand pine plantations all over. On this day you will be introduced to your motorbikes and have a short ride to the city to get hold of the bike forthe coming day. After you are done with thesightseeing, head back to your hotel and have some sound sleep in your well-offrooms.

Day 03: Manali- Jispa (10,860 ft) via Rohtang Pass (13,060 ft)

Post breakfast, you need to get onyour motorcycles and start the tour from Manali. Kickstart your journey whichis going to be filled with a lot ofwonderstruck moments. On this day you need to cover up around 240km moving pastRohtang La pass. During the trial, youare going to witness some of the most charming valleys of the trip. Pre Rohtang,you need to move past Marhi which stands at an elevated height of 10,800 ft andSnow point where you can actually get in snow and enjoy playing with it. Theroads are good and wide. It�s a steady climb towards Jispa from Manali. River Chandra, settlements of Rohtang, Gramphu, Kokhsar,Tandi, Keylong are some noted sites which you are going to encounter while moving into at an elevation of 10,860 ft. Just before Jispa, Keylong is the place that attracts many tourists makethem take a halt in this landscape. Thisplace has authentic magnetism that makes you forget everything and you move intothe essence of the capital city of Lahaul. Jispa, the desired destination forthe day offers you the perfect picturesque of what an ideal valley should belike. Streams with pebbles into it, peaks covered with snow, sunlight coveringthe summit on one end and darkening it onthe other, giving it a completelyopposite look. Post your arrival at Jispa, stay in the hotel/camp for the night andthen move ahead the next day.

Day 04: Jispa- Sarchu (14,100 ft)

After you are done with your brunch,start your voyage and proceed towards Sarchu. This place stands at an elevationof 14,100 ftabove the sea level. The total road trip for the day concludes after thecompletion of 90 km. From Jispa you need to ride your bike towards Darcha whichis at an altimeter of 11,020. The highroad leading towards Darcha is a blend ofoff-road and decent ones. At Darcha youneed to register yourself to ride ahead onthis motorbike expedition. Moving from Darcha you need to ride upwards to the elevated height of14,010 ft reaching Zingzingbar. Youneed to take a steep ride and arrive at 16,500 ft thus mark yourself safe atthe Baralachala Pass, an upland that is situated in between the Himalayan Rangeand the Pir Panjal range. Moving past Baralachala Pass, you are going to take asteady ride towards Bharatpur. As you are descending towards Sarchu, you needto take permission from the check post here as this being the last area ofHimachal Pradesh. Ahead of Sarchu, you move into Ladakh region of J&K.

Day 05: Sarchu- Leh (11,483 ft) via Tanglang La Pass (17,480 ft)

On this day you need to kickstart the ride in the morning to reach thecapital city of Ladakh. Leh stands at an altitude of 11,483 ft. You mustfinish the day�s trip within 10 hours covering about 250 km. you have to crossthe world�s second largest motorbike pass viz Tanglang La Pass at an altimeterof 17,480 ft. you are going to witness some of the notified places viz Gataloops having 21 hairpin curves, and 45 km long Pang ground. After you arethrough Nakee La pass and Lachulung La pass, move ahead and reach pang and then on to infamous Tanglangpass grounded at 17,480 ft. As you get through Tanglang La you move intothe valley of Upshi, situated just alongthe shores of Indus river. This valley provides you with a perfect picture ofwhat a lowland valley should comprise of. There also happens to be a helipad atUpshi and the roads descending towards Leh are excellent. As soon as you reach an elevation of 11,483 ft, cherishthe city of Leh. The night stay takes place in the hotel/guest room.

Day 06: Sightseeing at Leh

This day is reserved for the sightseeing in the city of Leh. Ladakh hasgot so much to offer to you that is unimaginable for a common person. Leh isconsidered Mecca for the tourists around the globe due to its untouched beautyof snowcapped mountains and majestic valleys comprising both Indian and Tibetanculture. You can go around the central market of Leh to get some art and craftstuff as a memory. And later stroll through the magnificent monasteries, Royalpalaces, towns, and forts. Some of thenotable places to visit are Leh Palace,Stok Palace, Hall of fame, Shanti Stupa, Thiksey Monastery, Namgyal TsemoMonastery, Central Asian Museum, Sankar Monastery, or Sankar Gompa, JamaMasjid, Red Maitreya Temple and Main Buddha Temple. Later in the evening get back to your restrooms at the hotel and stay there for the night.

Day 07: Head from Leh-Nubra Valley (10,000 ft.) via Khardungla Pass (17,582 ft)

Once you are done with the morningmeals, start up your motorbike and head on the trail descending into the valleyof Nubra. Nubra valley was once the popular route for trading that took placebetween India and China. This valley has acquired its fame due to its overall splendidlook. Its beauty is distinguished from the rest of the valleys that aregrounded in Leh. In this valley, theriver Shyok meets Siachen river thus forming a large lowland which separates Ladakh and Karakoram Ranges. Maitreya Buddha statue is theprominent sight of Nubra Valley which is maintained by the Diskit Monastery.The main access to the Nubra Valley is though Khardung La pass. Thisroad is open throughout the year. This pass is the second highest motorableroad in the world standing at an altimeter of 17,582 ft. Stay overnight inthis valley and get ready for the next level adventure for the following day.

Day 08: Nubra Valley- Pangong Lake (14,270 ft)

Today you are going to witness one of the best sights of Leh. Postbreakfast, start off your trip for theday which will halt at very best seascape of Pangong Lake. Day 10: Move from Sarchu- Manali

Start the trail moving from Sarchu and heading towards Manali, theultimate destination of the whole trip. You are going to witness the samescenes while coming from Manali to Leh. During the whole trail, you wont be able to get how come youhave made this far for the day as you tend tobe lost into the divine nature of the snow-clad summits and the charmingvalleys placed along the road. Moving past Baralacha La, Zingzingbar, Darcha, Jispa, Keylong, Kokhsar, Gramphu and Rohtang Lafinally you descend into Manali. Have a pleasant stay in the hotelovernight and get going to your hometownthe next day.

Remember that you have to carry your luggage to the backup vehicle and into the accommodation .Any damage caused to the bike because of mishandling on the riders part is to be borne by the traveler .In case of change of permit fees, the difference will be payable by the traveler at the beginning of the trip .Permit Cost for Hanle cost 600 PP is not included in the deal
